Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on all Domestic orders totaling $150 or more.

All orders ship within 3-5 business days, pending availability and credit card verification. Once an order has been placed, it can not be adjusted or cancelled. You will receive an email with tracking information after your order has been shipped. If you do not receive a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days, please contact support@kanvasmvnt.com

International Countries/Regions - Please see our International Shipping section below.

Your order will ship with Standard Shipping unless you select an alternative. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We will deliver the items to you by the delivery date shown or within the date range provided at checkout. We may ship Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to fully process, we will be in touch by email.

We ship orders to all US states and territories, APO/FPO addresses as well as more than 100 other countries and regions. Orders shipped to PO boxes, APO/FPO, Alaska, Hawaii and US territories cannot be expedited.

Return & Exchange Policy

Our policy lasts 14 days for full refund with all tags attached and 30 days for store credit/exchange.

If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for store credit, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

For all returns or exchanges:

  • Items must not be washed, worn or damaged.

  • All original tags must be attached.

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Please allow 7-10 business days for packages to be processed once they reach our warehouse. Refunds will be returned to the original payment method. It can take your financial institution up to 10 business days to reflect payment on your account.

All items purchased during a sale period are FINAL SALE

Items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.

If a final sale item is sent back in an attempt for a refund, the items will be sent back to the customer.

We do not offer price adjustments.

Additional Returns and Exchanges Details:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
