WHAT DOES KAN|VAS MEAN?
Meaning "Kanvas" refers to a strong, durable fabric typically made from cotton, linen, or synthetic fibers. It's commonly used for a variety of purposes, including painting, printing, crafting, and even fashion.
Both movement and art have the power to cultivate a strong mind-body connection. Through practices like dance & yoga, individuals learn to synchronize their movements with their breath and develop greater awareness of their bodies. Similarly, engaging in art can encourage mindfulness and introspection, fostering a deeper understanding of oneself.
